Idea Finder

Set up Idea Finder

Every email waits in Gmail or Outlook Drafts for a person to send. The five share one customer list.

One teammate's inbox, calendar and week, quietly handled.

The personal side of a team agent

The reporting and research categories above are the team’s shared work. This category is the individual side: a teammate’s own inbox, their own calendar, the notes they’ve kept to themselves. Same agent, same shared knowledge base — but these abilities run for one person at a time, on their data, in their voice.

Personal abilities share a common shape:

  • A person — whose inbox, whose calendar, whose notes the ability has read access to.
  • A scope — the slice of their life the ability watches (threads with a specific person, meetings on Tuesdays, notes tagged “pricing”).
  • An output — a brief, a digest, a draft reply, a prep doc that only that person sees by default.

Connection to the rest of the agent: the team knowledge and the watched public sources a teammate’s agent has access to both flow into these abilities. Asking “what should I remember about Sam before tomorrow’s call?” pulls from the team’s shared notes about Sam plus the teammate’s personal history with Sam — one answer, one source of context.

Turn one on, then the rest

Each one sets itself up in a chat: it asks where your customers write, sends you to connect the accounts it needs, and runs. Turn on a second one and it finds the customer list the first one made.
