Inbox Cleanup

Learns which mail you never read and archives it with your approval, on request or a verified schedule.

Clear the noise from your inbox

Most of what lands in your inbox is stuff you never read: promotions, social pings, newsletters you meant to unsubscribe from. It learns which of those you already clear out yourself, then archives matching mail with your approval. Start with one pass; regular sweeps need an available, verified scheduler.

What it does

  • Looks at what you already archive and clear out, and learns the pattern: the senders, the categories, the subject lines you never keep.
  • Shows you the plan in plain language and lets you add or remove anything before it starts.
  • Files the junk out of your inbox when you ask, or on a verified schedule you approve.
  • Learns as it goes, and changes the moment you tell it to (“also file the DoorDash ones”, “leave anything from my boss alone”).

The reveal

After a sweep, you open your inbox and the forty promos and social pings from overnight are already gone. What is left is the mail from real people. You did not sort a thing. And if you ever want one of those filed messages back, it was only moved aside, so it is one search away.

What it doesn’t do

It never deletes anything. Everything it clears is archived, fully searchable and recoverable, so a wrong guess costs you nothing. It never touches the senders or receipts you tell it to keep.

Configuration

  • What gets filed: the kinds of mail you never read, learned from your own habits and adjustable in a sentence.
  • What to always keep: the senders and subjects it must never touch.
  • How often: on request, or a few times a day with a verified scheduler and your approval.

Triggers

Runs when you say “clean up my inbox now.” Background runs require a verified scheduler; without one, you can resume saved work manually.
