The Planning Commission posted the Valencia Street packet. What changed since the June draft?

Two things. The parking minimum went from one space per unit to none, and the height limit from 55 to 65 feet. Everything else in the June draft is still there.

Done, 2:14 AM. Three things do not match: churn is 4.1% against the 3.5% we said, the Acme renewal is annual not quarterly, and headcount is 41 not 38. I have written each one up in the memory under Board prep, with the source for each number.
