Tools

A circuit breaker on every tool, for when an AI goes haywire

Every tool on every account has a daily line. Cross it and that tool trips; nothing else does.

What it does

A line per tool, per account, every day

Search mail 1,000 times a day, send 50, move 200: each tool on each connected account has a number. An AI in a loop runs into the number, not the bill.

When a tool trips, only that tool stops

The next call is refused, the AI is told why, the refusal is logged. Every other tool keeps working, and the line resets at midnight.

Raising the line is one click

Add room for today and the standing number comes back tomorrow, or change the daily limit for good. Either way the AI is running again in seconds.

At the limit

200 of 200

100% used

Paused. Resets . Shared by every client reaching brad@example.com.

Just for today

Add room now

Gone when the day resets , and the standing number comes back. Use this to unblock something now.

Until you change it

Change the daily limit

Every day from now on, not just today. Leave it empty to go back to ours (200 a day).

More in Tools

The same tools in every AI that speaks MCP

One address, pasted once into ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Cursor. Each gets the same accounts and rules.

Gmail and Calendar from the command line, for people and coding agents

Gmail, Calendar and web search from a terminal. Claude Code and Codex run the same commands.

Passwords and API keys never reach the AI

Connected accounts are held by gbrain. An AI gets the result of a call, never the key.

See how it works

A permission level for every application an AI can reach

Gmail has four levels, Calendar two, web search is on or off. Set per application; every AI follows.

See how it works

A log of every call an AI makes with connected accounts

One row per call. Who asked, which AI, which account, what it did, whether it was allowed.

See how it works

A kill switch for every AI, and an expiry date

Turn an AI off and its next call is refused. Every AI's access also has an end date.
