Sentry in the terminal

Sentry catches the errors software throws in production. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can summarize what broke overnight, tie a spike to the release that caused it, and file the fix before anyone opens a dashboard.

  • Search issues, events and traces in plain words
  • Read a stack trace, breadcrumbs and a session replay
  • Resolve, assign and note issues
  • Ask Seer for a root cause

Install the CLI, then connect Sentry

Sentry is connected on its own sign-in page, in the browser. A key or a sign-in never passes through the terminal.

# Install the CLI
curl -sSL https://gbrainio.terminalwire.sh | bash

# Set the terminal up and connect it
gbrainio terminal connect

# What Sentry is, and each of its commands once it is connected
gbrainio tool help sentry

The installer is a shell script for macOS and Linux. Read it before you run it.

Sentry's commands come from Sentry's own server once it is connected, so none are listed here.

Same tools, any AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex reach the same Sentry through MCP, on the same permission and the same record.

How the whole thing fits

One level per application, one daily limit, one record, across every AI and terminal that asks.

Tools is $19 a month for one person. Get Tools, connect Sentry in the browser, and say how far each terminal and each AI may go with it. Change any of it, or take all of it back, whenever you want.
