Miro in the terminal

Miro is an online whiteboard teams use for workshops, planning and diagrams. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can summarize a retro board into action items, or lay out a plan from a thread as stickies the team can move around.

  • Read what is on a board
  • Create diagrams and docs on a board
  • Add sticky notes and shapes
  • Summarize a board

Install the CLI, then connect Miro

Miro is connected on its own sign-in page, in the browser. A key or a sign-in never passes through the terminal.

# Install the CLI
curl -sSL https://gbrainio.terminalwire.sh | bash

# Set the terminal up and connect it
gbrainio terminal connect

# What Miro is, and each of its commands once it is connected
gbrainio tool help miro

The installer is a shell script for macOS and Linux. Read it before you run it.

Miro's commands come from Miro's own server once it is connected, so none are listed here.

Same tools, any AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex reach the same Miro through MCP, on the same permission and the same record.
