Mercury in the terminal

Mercury is business banking for startups. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can reconcile the week’s spending, flag a charge nobody recognizes, or report the month’s burn in a sentence.

Mercury’s connection only reads. Nothing can move money through it.

  • Read account balances and statements
  • Search and categorize transactions
  • Look up cards, recipients and pending approvals
  • Read treasury, invoices and customers

Install the CLI, then connect Mercury

Mercury is connected on its own sign-in page, in the browser. A key or a sign-in never passes through the terminal.

# Install the CLI
curl -sSL https://gbrainio.terminalwire.sh | bash

# Set the terminal up and connect it
gbrainio terminal connect

# What Mercury is, and each of its commands once it is connected
gbrainio tool help mercury

The installer is a shell script for macOS and Linux. Read it before you run it.

Mercury's commands come from Mercury's own server once it is connected, so none are listed here.

Same tools, any AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex reach the same Mercury through MCP, on the same permission and the same record.

How the whole thing fits

One level per application, one daily limit, one record, across every AI and terminal that asks.
