Evernote in the terminal

Evernote is a note-taking app many people have used for years. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can answer “what did we write down about this client in 2022?” or save a meeting summary as a new note.

  • Search notes
  • Read notes and notebooks
  • Create notes
  • Manage tags

Install the CLI, then connect Evernote

Evernote is connected on its own sign-in page, in the browser. A key or a sign-in never passes through the terminal.

# Install the CLI
curl -sSL https://gbrainio.terminalwire.sh | bash

# Set the terminal up and connect it
gbrainio terminal connect

# What Evernote is, and each of its commands once it is connected
gbrainio tool help evernote

The installer is a shell script for macOS and Linux. Read it before you run it.

Evernote's commands come from Evernote's own server once it is connected, so none are listed here.

Same tools, any AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex reach the same Evernote through MCP, on the same permission and the same record.

How the whole thing fits

One level per application, one daily limit, one record, across every AI and terminal that asks.
