Airtable in the terminal

Airtable is a spreadsheet that works like a database, where teams keep trackers, inventories and pipelines. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can answer “which vendors haven’t signed yet?”, add a row from an email, or update a record after a call.

  • List bases and tables
  • Search and read records
  • Create and update records
  • Read a table's fields and structure

Install the CLI, then connect Airtable

Airtable is connected on its own sign-in page, in the browser. A key or a sign-in never passes through the terminal.

# Install the CLI
curl -sSL https://gbrainio.terminalwire.sh | bash

# Set the terminal up and connect it
gbrainio terminal connect

# What Airtable is, and each of its commands once it is connected
gbrainio tool help airtable

The installer is a shell script for macOS and Linux. Read it before you run it.

Airtable's commands come from Airtable's own server once it is connected, so none are listed here.

Same tools, any AI

Claude Code, Cursor and Codex reach the same Airtable through MCP, on the same permission and the same record.

How the whole thing fits

One level per application, one daily limit, one record, across every AI and terminal that asks.
