How do I cancel?
A workspace is cancelled from its own billing page, without asking anyone. Tools is cancelled from the account’s Billing page: Manage billing opens Stripe, which holds the card and the invoices. Either one runs to the end of the period you paid for, and unused time is not refunded. The terms have the rest.
