Outlook mail and calendar, and OneDrive files, as far as each permission allows.
Sign in with Microsoft and pick the permissions. OneDrive is added on its own, from the account’s page, so a mailbox that only wants mail is never asked for its files. The mail and calendar tools a workspace gets are GBrain’s own, under the same permissions as every other tool. What each AI or terminal may do with them is set level by level, on its own page. A work or school account may need its administrator to approve GBrain first.
GBrain gives Microsoft a command line too. From a terminal, a
script or Claude Code,
gbrainio tool help microsoft
lists its commands once it is connected.
You sign in on Microsoft's own page. No key to copy. Then add it to a workspace, and anyone on the team can ask about it in plain words.
