What GBrain can do with HighLevel

HighLevel gives agencies one platform for CRM, marketing automation and client communication. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can answer “which opportunities in the sales pipeline are ready for a follow-up?”, prepare follow-ups from recent conversations, or brief someone before an appointment.

Signing in happens on HighLevel’s own page, where the sub-accounts and permissions are chosen. GBrain sees and changes only what those permissions allow.

  • Look up contacts, opportunities and pipelines
  • Read conversations, appointments and calendars
  • Create and update records, tags and tasks when asked
  • Work across the sub-accounts chosen at sign-in

From the command line

GBrain gives HighLevel a command line too. From a terminal, a script or Claude Code, gbrainio tool help highlevel lists its commands once it is connected.
