The disagreements and the slipping dates, before they bite
A team’s memory fills with notes from many people and many calls. Two of them end up saying different things about the same launch date, and a promise made on a call quietly passes its day. Team Watch reads the memory once a day and tells the team, in one short message, where it disagrees with itself and what is overdue.
What it does
- Finds pairs of pages that say different things about the same thing now, and leaves out a fact that was simply replaced by a later one.
- Finds commitments and decisions past their date: what the team owes, what it is owed, and what is still waiting on a decision.
- Writes one short message of at most five items, each with a link to its page, and says how many more there are.
- Says nothing on a quiet day, so a message always means something.
- Never claims something is over budget unless the memory holds the budget figure and the spend that passed it.
The reveal
You tell it when and where. From then on, on the mornings there is something to say, the chat you picked holds a short list: “Two pages disagree on the launch date: March 3 vs March 17”, “Due Oct 27, still open: send the signed NDA”, each with its page one tap away. On a quiet day there is nothing.
Configuration
Start on demand. Recurring work is available only after your assistant verifies a scheduler, future tool access, saved progress, and a delivery destination. Otherwise each run waits for your request; connecting an account alone does not turn it on.
- When it runs: a time each day that suits the team (it suggests 8:00 in your time zone).
- Where it posts: this chat, which everyone in the workspace can read, or another of the workspace’s chats.
- What it costs: each run is one turn on the workspace’s credit, and once a week it spends at most $0.25 checking the memory for contradictions.
Triggers
Runs on demand, or each day on a verified schedule once you have agreed the time and the chat it posts in.
