Notes wait in Drafts until you turn on auto-send.

Every note waits in Gmail Drafts until you turn on auto-send. Each round's result shapes the next round's note.

The people who got to your checkout and left are the closest you have to customers. Ask them back, and learn what brings them.

One skill, to start

Churn Optimization is about the customers who leave. This pack is about the other end: the people who signed up, got as far as your checkout, and left without paying. They are the closest you have to customers, and almost nobody writes to them.

Abandoned Checkout Emails finds them in Stripe and writes each one a short note from one person on the team: what changed since they looked, and a link back. It works in rounds. A round goes to about a hundred people, newest first, with 1 in 5 held back. Two days later it counts who paid, against the people held back, keeps what it learned, and changes one thing in the next round’s note. Every note waits in the sender’s Gmail Drafts until they turn on auto-send.

More skills for the path from sign-up to paying will join it.

Each skill is a page of plain instructions in your workspace. Read it, change it in chat (“rounds of 50”, “skip anyone who looked at the yearly plan”), and it says what it changed.

Turn it on

It sets itself up in a chat: it asks who sends the notes and what changed since people looked, sends you to connect Stripe and Gmail, and writes the first round.
