Your client, or the company you work at, pays GBrain directly with their own card. What you charge for the work is yours.

A workspace is $199 a month whatever the size of the team, with usage credit included and no charge per person. The client, or the company you work at, pays GBrain for it directly. What you charge for setting it up and running it is between you and them.
Two invoices that never meet, which is what keeps you out of the middle of a client's card and GBrain out of the middle of your fee.
Either way, the person paying has their own account with GBrain, their own card and their own billing page.
Someone there launches it with the company's card. Credit receipts are on the billing page and invoices a click away. You stay the admin.
Send them your link: they sign up and launch the workspace with their own card, and you're added to it as an admin. You never touch the bill, and if they ever remove you, nothing about their billing changes.
You don't pay for a client's workspace and charge them for it. Each client signs up with their own card and agrees to GBrain's terms, so if you ever step away, their workspace keeps running.
