Synthesize Bio builds generative genomics models that predict gene expression for drug development research. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can answer “which genes differ most between tumor and normal lung tissue?” by sending the comparison to Synthesize Bio and bringing back the finished report.
Each analysis compares two groups at a time and usually takes a few minutes. Signing in happens with a Synthesize Bio account.
GBrain gives Synthesize Bio a command line too. From a terminal, a
script or Claude Code,
gbrainio tool help synthesize-bio
lists its commands once it is connected.
You sign in on Synthesize Bio's own page. No key to copy. Then add it to a workspace, and anyone on the team can ask about it in plain words.
