What GBrain can do with NumbersGame

NumbersGame connects accounting firms to their clients’ QuickBooks Online and Xero books. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can answer “which Acme invoices are more than 60 days past due?” and drill from a report total into the transactions behind it.

It is built for bookkeepers: several client companies under one login, with per-person access to only the companies each one works on.

  • Pull P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and aging reports
  • Search invoices, bills, journal entries and customers
  • Create and update invoices, bills and payments
  • Email invoices and attach documents

From the command line

GBrain gives NumbersGame a command line too. From a terminal, a script or Claude Code, gbrainio tool help numbersgame-mcp lists its commands once it is connected.
