What GBrain can do with Excalidraw

Excalidraw is a whiteboard for sketching diagrams that look hand-drawn. Connected to a workspace, GBrain can turn a thread into a picture, as in “draw the signup flow we agreed on in Tuesday’s call”, then hand it off to Excalidraw to keep editing.

The server needs no sign-in.

  • Draw hand-drawn style diagrams from a description
  • Edit a diagram full screen
  • Export a drawing to Excalidraw
  • Save and reopen a drawing from a checkpoint

From the command line

GBrain gives Excalidraw a command line too. From a terminal, a script or Claude Code, gbrainio tool help excalidraw lists its commands once it is connected.
