An AI or a terminal reaches nothing of yours until you give it an application and pick a level.
An AI connected to one workspace works differently: it reaches that workspace’s memory and schedules, and the applications in the workspace at its Tools level, and nothing else, so there is nothing to add. What it can reach is listed in full.
Levels are a ladder, and each level includes the ones below it. Mail runs Off, Read, Draft, Manage, Full. Calendar and Drive each run Off, Read, Full. Anything else is on or off.
One Google account carries all three, and they are set separately. An AI can read Drive without touching mail, or manage mail and be unable to change a file.
Changing them
Open Tools, then the AI under AI & Agents or the terminal under Terminals. A connection starts holding every application you have, each at Off. Its Applications tab has each of them, with a level per service; turn on what it may use by its ladder. An application at Off stays on the list the AI sees: the AI is told it is off, and a call to it is refused with a link you can open to turn it on. Remove, under the menu on an application’s card, takes one off the list. Off keeps an application on the list, where it can be turned on again; removed, it leaves the list and stays connected to GBrain. Add an application, at the foot of the list, opens the store: an application you took off is first, with Add, then every application you could connect. Either way you are back on this page afterwards, with the application on the list at Off.
There is no Save. Each change is saved as you make it, and the AI’s next request uses the new level. Nothing needs reconnecting.
When the same access is shared by more than one AI or terminal, the page says which, before you change anything: a change there reaches all of them.
When an AI asks for one
An AI that needs a level it does not have will say so, name the application and the level, and give you the page that changes it. It cannot grant itself anything, and a link it hands you never carries a change in it: opening a link only ever shows you the page. You make the change.
More than one account
If you have connected several accounts of the same kind, each is its own application with its own levels, and every action says which account answered. An AI that could mean more than one will ask which, rather than guess.
