Capture a voice memo word for word and file it.

The idea you had in the car, kept exactly as you said it.

Set this up

Starting at $200/mo. A full agent in minutes — no servers, no config files, no terminal.

Say it out loud, keep it exactly, find it later

Record a voice memo and your assistant captures your exact words, never polished or paraphrased, and files it where it belongs: with the idea, the person, or the project it is about. The half-formed thought you had walking to your car is still there tomorrow, in your own words.

What it does

  • Takes a voice memo and writes down exactly what you said, hesitations and all. Your phrasing is the point, so it stays untouched.
  • Works out what the note is about and files it in the right place: an idea, a note on a person, a running thread on a project.
  • Links it to the people and things you mentioned, so it surfaces when you look those up later.
  • Keeps the original audio alongside the words, so nothing is lost.

The reveal

You ramble a two minute idea into your phone. Later, searching for that project, there it is: your exact words, filed under the right topic, linked to the people you named. The spark you would have forgotten by lunch is captured the way you actually thought it.

What it doesn’t do

  • It does not tidy up or rewrite what you said. The raw phrasing is preserved on purpose; any interpretation is kept clearly separate.
  • It handles one memo at a time, as its own note, rather than lumping several together.

Configuration

  • A transcription key: your voice is transcribed through a service (AssemblyAI). You add your key once in Settings.
  • How you send a memo: record and share it with your assistant however you normally send it a file.
  • Where notes live: each memo is filed by topic in your library, with the audio kept alongside.

Triggers

Runs on demand: send your assistant a voice memo and it captures and files it.
