The meeting, written up while it is still fresh
Hand your assistant a meeting recording and get back a clean write-up: a short summary, the decisions that were made, the notable quotes, and a list of action items with who owns each one. Notes you can send to the room, not scrawl you have to decode later.
What it does
- Takes a recording of a call or in-person meeting and transcribes it, with each speaker labeled.
- Writes a short, plain-language summary of what happened.
- Captures the decisions, the action items with an owner for each, and the quotes worth keeping.
- Saves the write-up to your library so the meeting is findable months later.
The reveal
The call ends. Before you have opened your notes app, there is a tidy page waiting: three sentences on what was decided, a clean list of who is doing what by when, and the exact quote you will want to reference. You share it with the room and everyone is working from the same record.
What it doesn’t do
- It will not invent an owner or a decision that was not actually said. If a point was left open, it marks it open.
- It will not guess at who spoke when the audio is genuinely unclear. It labels those stretches as uncertain rather than pinning a name on the wrong person.
Configuration
- A transcription key: the recording is transcribed through a service (AssemblyAI). You add your key once in Settings.
- Who was there: telling it the attendees helps it label speakers and assign action items correctly.
- Where notes live: each write-up is saved to your library, organized by date.
Triggers
Runs on demand: hand your assistant a meeting recording and ask for the notes.
