Most of your email doesn’t need you. It needs a reply that follows a pattern you’ve written a hundred times: the scheduling back-and-forth, the “thanks, received,” the intro forward, the polite decline. The few that genuinely need your judgment are buried in the rest.

This ability learns your rules, drafts the replies, and surfaces only what actually needs you.

What it does

• Reads every incoming email and sorts it against rules you set in plain language: “Anything about scheduling, propose times from my calendar. Anything from a recruiter, decline politely. Anything from the board, flag it and never auto-reply.”
• Drafts the response for each one in your voice, ready in your drafts folder for a glance and a send.
• Handles the routine on its own where you allow it, and holds the rest for you with a one-line summary of why it needs you.
• Learns from your edits, so the drafts get closer to send-ready over time.

The reveal

You open your laptop to an inbox that’s already been read. The twelve routine threads have drafts waiting. The two that need you are at the top with a sentence each explaining why. What used to be forty minutes of triage is a five-minute review, and most of it is hitting send.

What it doesn’t do

Nothing goes out without your say-so unless you explicitly turn on auto-send for a specific rule. It never touches the emails you mark as yours-only. You stay in control of every rule and can change them in a sentence.
