Pasting material into chat works, but it means the workspace only knows what you
remembered to hand it. Connecting an account closes that gap.

Open **Integrations** in the workspace.

## Connected accounts

**Google.** Calendar and Drive, so it can see what meetings happened and read the
documents attached to the work. Scopes are requested narrowly rather than as a
blanket grant.

**GitHub.** Repositories, issues and pull requests. Useful when the record of a
decision lives in a pull request rather than a document.

**Telegram.** A workspace can have its own bot, so you can talk to it from your
phone. Messages land in the same history as anything you say on the web. One bot
per workspace, under **Settings**.

## Included with your workspace

Web research, X, company and people lookups. We hold the key, so there is nothing
to sign up for and nothing to paste.

Each one is a switch. Turning it off takes effect immediately and the agent works
around it rather than failing. Every use is metered against your credits and
shows in the activity log, so you can see what a piece of research actually cost.

## Two things worth knowing

**Credentials never reach the workspace.** The connection is held on our side and
brokered for each request. The agent gets the data, not your tokens, so a
workspace that misbehaves cannot walk off with your Google account.

**A connection is workspace wide.** Everyone who can use the workspace can use
what you connected to it. Connect accounts you are comfortable sharing with
everyone in it, and see [give a group a copy](/docs/workspace/share-a-copy) if a
group needs its own boundary.

## Disconnecting

Same page, disconnect the account. The workspace keeps what it already learned.
It just stops being able to read new material from that source.

If you want it to forget what it learned as well, say so in chat.
