A read of the room, without doomscrolling for it
Public conversations on social platforms move fast and most of it is noise. But some of it isn’t: the announcement, the launch, the shift in tone, the post that ends up driving a news cycle. Teams that need to know about those don’t have time to sit in the feed.
This ability sits in the feed for you.
What it does
- Watches the public accounts, hashtags, and topics your team specifies on the platforms it has access to.
- Filters the firehose into a short daily or weekly read: what was said, who said it, what’s getting attention, what’s new.
- Flags items that match the team’s interest rules in real time when the team asks for that cadence.
The reveal
A team’s brain notices a public account they follow posting a launch announcement on Sunday night. By Monday morning the team has a short note: who posted, what they said, and the three prior posts from the same account that put it in context.
What it doesn’t do
No private message access. No login-walled content. No engagement on the team’s behalf. It reads, it doesn’t post or like or follow. Coverage is bounded by what the platforms make publicly available.
Configuration
- Accounts: which public accounts to follow.
- Topics: hashtags, keywords, or named entities to track.
- Cadence: real-time alerts, daily digest, or weekly read.
Triggers
Continuous, with output on the chosen cadence. Also available on demand: “what was the conversation around this week’s launch.”
